One of the Best Books I Have Ever Read!

One for the Murphys by Lynda Mullaly Hunt

One for the Murphys is a really good book.

It is about a girl who had a stepfather that abused her and her mother. One time he hit her and her mom so hard that they had to go to the hospital. She healed before her mother so she had to be sent to foster care. They put her with the Murphys, a family that had three little boys, and she didn't like it. Then she went to school and met this mean girl and mean boy and hated her life even more. Then her world started piecing  together and got better. She used to be counting the days she was away from her mom because she missed her. Now she dosn't want to go back to her mom!

Great Books....... Need to Read!

Because of Mr. Terupt by Rob Buyea
Because of Mr. Terupt is a really good book.

It is about a classroom full of kids and fun teacher. There were about ten main students and they each had different personalities. And when you add the fun teacher it becomes a classroom full of chaos. They did lots of different experiments and activities, but then Mr. Terupt let the kids go a little to far. He might not be able to teach again.

Out of My Mind by Sharon Draper is again a really good book.

It is about a girl with disabilities and she is starting 5th grade. Everyone makes fun of her. She can't talk, walk, or eat and go to the bathroom by herself. But she is the smartest in her class, but people thinks she is dumb because she can't express how smart she is. Then her whole life changes because she gets a present.

I think you should read both of these books. Stay tuned for more books.

Wyoming Adventure: Day 2: 7-30-12

Today was awesome!

This is where we went hiking

We saw lots of wildflowers.

We sat on rocks.

I was practicing my beam routine for the Olympics :)

We went to the Antler Arches.

We saw a beautiful reflection and a mama moose and baby moose.

Daddy folded Carleigh up in our fold up bed.

Wyoming Adventure: Day 1: 7-29-12

Today was the first day in WY. We woke up at 4:00 so that we could make it on time. Here are pictures and videos that tell you about our first day.

We saw lots of buffalo.

 There were also four ground squirrels. They were soooo cute!!!!!!

 We also saw three moose.

There was a little storm while we were at dinner  and afterwards there was a double rainbow.

The computer was acting crazy, so that is all for now!

Braces....... GONE!!!!!! :)

Today I got my braces taken off. It was really easy. I have been waiting for this to happen for a long time. Last August when they were supposed to be taken off they added more braces on. Today I finally got them all off. They were on almost all of my top teeth. I was really scared because I didn't know how they got them off. When I got to the dentist at 7 am it was very easy to get the braces off. I now have a retainer on the top of my mouth, but since I have my braces off I can have popcorn and gum.I am so excited!

Spring Break!!

A few weeks ago was spring break! It was an awesome time! Here are some things we did:

One thing we did was make cinnominn pull apart buns. We made them from scratch and used the kitchen aid mixer. Here are some pics of them:

After that we went to Rocky and Rina's house. We did a 2 mile walk with Rina to prepare for our Alaska trip this summer. We had a lot of fun!

When we got back to our house a few hours latter we went to bowl! It was my first time bowling!

The last thing was Easter and Some of the pics. are weird because threr was bees and we were mad!

      We have this game called sisterball and (Aunt) Chrissy and Rosie are on one team and me and Carleigh are on the other team and it's basketball. First we have the cheerleaders and pregame show.
